Tele2/ComHem avtalsuppsägning

Tele2 missade att informera alla boenden (och styrelsen) att alla lägenheter går över till deras vanliga bredbandtavtal om man inte säger upp avtalet till respektive lägenhet i tid! Denna information borde alla ha fått idag via epost.

From 1 dec övergår vi till Bahnhof som styrelsen tidigare informerat. Om du av någon anledning vill behålla Tele2/ComHem så behöver ni inte säga upp avtalet. Tänk då på att det fördelaktiga gruppavtalet inte längre gäller. Samt att du då personligen faktureras, dvs inte via fakturan för månadsavgiften från Bredablick. Vi rekommenderar därför att säga upp sitt bredbandavtal med Tele2 före 20/11/2021.

Ring 077-517 17 19 för att säga upp Tele2/ComHems bredbandavtal.

Pengar som har dragits via autogiro ska då betalas tillbaka, vänligen kontrollera detta och kontakta Tele2 ifall det inte händer.

Notera även att vi delar ut de nya routerna på onsdag kväll mellan kl. 19-20.

Tele2/ComHem termination of contract

Hey!

Tele2 failed to inform all residents (and the board) that all apartments will automatically go over to their regular broadband contract if the apartment owner does not terminate the contract in time! Everyone should have received this information today via email.

We will transfer to Bahnhof on December 1^st as previously informed by the board. If you want to keep Tele2 / ComHem, you do not need to terminate the agreement. Keep in mind that the advantageous group contract no longer applies. And that you are then personally invoiced, not via the invoice from the monthly fee via Bredablick. We therefore recommend to terminate the broadband agreement with Tele2 before 20/11/2021.

Call 077-517 17 19 to terminate Tele2 / ComHem’s broadband agreement.

Money withdrawn via direct debit gets refunded, please check that you got it and contact Tele2 if this does not happen. If you want to continue with Tele2, you still pay for the new broadband group contract with our new provider Bahnhof because it is included in the monthly fee. We therefore recommend to terminate the broadband agreement with Tele2 before 20/11/2021.

Also note that we will be handing out the new routers on Wednesday evening between 7-8 PM.
